Boss Security provides security guard training course approved by the Security Guard and Private Investigation program Manitoba. This course consists of a 40-hour in class training and includes the following topics:

• Patrolling
• Traffic Control
• Fire prevention and response
• Bomb Threat
• Labour relations and disputes
• Working safety
• Professionlism
• Access control procedures.

The training course is then followed by a provincial mandated exam.
